Hi, I'm Andy.

For the past 15 years, I've been building digital products and leading high-performing Product teams across a range of industries, ranging from Fintech to Music and Publishing.

Between charting the unpredictable waters of venture-backed startups and re-imagining and scaling products for established corporates, I've learnt many important (often painful) lessons, and gained invaluable firsthand experiences along the way.

I'm passionate about helping others to quickly grasp - and, most importantly, APPLY - the fundamental principles and mindsets that are required for success in Product Management.

The fundamentals are so often missed or glossed over in the rush to just fill in a template, implement a tactic, or rattle through the curriculum of a 2-day "Scrum Product Owner" certification. But that is exactly what I believe is at the root cause of so much of the waste, frustration and failure to deliver value to customers (and, in return, to the businesses that have been created to serve them).
